Mini anime to celebrate the Di Gi Charat franchise's 24th anniversary. Dejiko and Puchiko are alien girls from the planet Di Gi Charat who have come to Earth. Hikaru has become a high school girl, and the Black Gema-Gema Gang continues to haughtily push forward down the path of evil. In the midst of all this bustling excitement, Brocco-desu, the goddess of the company Broccoli, and Bushirodo-no-Mikoto, the goddess of the company Bushiroad, enter the scene as new regulars.
