AnimeSea operates as an index of third-party streaming links and does not host, upload, or store any video content. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

To submit a DMCA takedown request, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address required)
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The specific URL(s) on AnimeSea where the allegedly infringing content appears
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your electronic or physical signature

We will review all valid requests and remove links within 72 hours. Incomplete notices will not be processed.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must meet the requirements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Send them to the same address above.
